4 Year - 5 Years Old

Monkeys

The Monkeys curriculum is designed for preschoolers aged 4 to 5 years, a pivotal stage before entering kindergarten. This age is characterized by significant strides in cognitive, physical, and socio-emotional development. Our curriculum is tailored to ensure that children are well-prepared for the transition to kindergarten by focusing on key developmental areas.

Pre-Kindergarten Readiness:

Our curriculum includes activities that help children develop the necessary skills for kindergarten, including basic reading and math skills, listening and following instructions, and classroom routines and behavior.

Language and Literacy Development:

Language and literacy development is a key focus of our curriculum. Activities include storytelling, reading, writing, and vocabulary building to help children develop strong language and literacy skills.

Social and Emotional Development:

Our curriculum includes activities that foster social and emotional development, including group activities, role-playing, and activities that promote empathy, sharing, and cooperation.

Cognitive Development:

Cognitive development activities in our curriculum include problem-solving, critical thinking, and activities that promote the development of early math and science concepts.

Physical Development:

Physical development is also a key component of our curriculum, and includes activities that promote both gross and fine motor skills, such as dancing, running, jumping, and more advanced art and craft activities.

Creativity and Imagination:

Creativity and expression are encouraged through activities such as music, art, and dramatic play. Our curriculum provides opportunities for children to express themselves creatively and develop their imagination.
